Just let your imagination loose and see how the simple things lying all around your house can give you an exclusive Christmas decoration in practically a couple of days or even in a few hours! Here are some easy Christmas decoration tips that are also quick to implement!

Quick Christmas Decoration by Hanging Stockings!

This is perhaps the most easy way to decorate for Christmas- Hang a couple of stockings here and there. They are the most representative element for Christmas that seem to welcome Santa. If you don't have stockings- no worry. Take an empty can (coffee cans, soup cans- anything will do). Drill a hole in it- a little below the top of the can. Now decorate it with paints, ribbons, or anything that you wish to use. String a ribbon through the hole and hang this on the mantel!

Quick Christmas Decoration with Flowers and Twigs!

Yet another easily available and the most beautiful thing on this earth- the flowers and the tree branches and twigs! They are perfect for quick and easy Christmas decoration.

  • Add interesting colors to your Christmas decoration with beautiful poinsettias. Place them around doorways, staircases, under windowsills, in the corners of rooms.
  • For quickly decorating your home for Christmas, you can even use pine bough branches and garlands. Swag or wrap them around staircase banisters, Put a long garland on mantle and allow it to drape down at both sides of the fireplace. Use garlands to decorate tops of bookcases or shelves, weave and wind thick lush strands of garlands in and around the tiers of buffet table!

  • Bring a branch from your garden and spray paint it in golden or silver color, place them in a vase! You can even hang some Christmas ornaments on them or tie ribbon bows.
  • Take large tubular vases and fill them up with red cranberries! You can even do this in glass wine bottles or large glasses. There's another easy tip – fill your candle trays with cranberries or spread them all over the center of your dining table with candles in between here and there!
  • Get the measurement of the length of the stairway and make or buy door swags. Place them at even intervals up the stairs.
  • Hang wreaths at regular intervals up the stairs. You can make your own wreath too. Cut any type of greenery and bend it into a circle, tie with anything like ribbon or simple thread. Add a few ribbons or ornaments to it. Other than stairs, you can use wreaths on a table. Lay them flat on table and put a candle in the center.
